Unryul, Unchon and Paechon counties in South Hwanghae Province have selected, disinfected and stored high-yielding seeds appropriate to their regional soil and climatic conditions, and thus ensured the standard amount per hectare.

Suan, Koksan and Rinsan counties in North Hwanghae Province have fully mobilized manure resources and readjusted and repaired the irrigation facilities to ensure the right time in accordance with the conditions of conducting wheat and barley sowing and harvesting simultaneously.

Similar successes are made in North and South Phyongan, South Hamgyong and other provinces.
