Ri Kil Song courteously conveyed the greetings of Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, to Tharman Shanmugaratnam, president of the Republic of Singapore.

Tharman Shanmugaratnam expressed deep thanks for this and asked the ambassador to convey his warm greetings to HE Kim Jong Un.

He hoped that the life of the flood victims in the northern part of the DPRK would be stabilized as soon as possible.
