Wheat Harvesting Is in Full Swing in Ryanggang Province of DPRK

Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- Agricultural workers in Ryanggang Province of the DPRK are harvesting wheat in hundreds of hectares of fields every day. They have brought a good fruition in wheat production by increasing more cultivation fields this year than last year.

Taehongdan County has increased the operation rate of farm machines to reap more wheat.

Samjiyon City is harvesting wheat in many fields every day by rationally allocating labor force and farm machines.

Paekam County is ensuring the full operation of farm machines while taking steps to prevent the harvested wheat from being lost.

Unhung, Pochon and Phungso counties and other parts of the province thresh wheat soon after reaping it, and carry it to drying grounds.
