The past ten-odd years, which can be said as the ones reflecting the hard-fought history of the Korean revolution, are the period of excitement that clearly showed what miracles and changes the boundless patriotic might of the Korean people single-mindedly united around the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) have created, the editorial says, and goes on:

To become true patriots who glorify the era of our state-first principle is an essential requirement for cementing the might of the single-minded unity peculiar to Juche Korea in every way.

The overall prosperity of the state does not come of its own accord for desiring, nor is the gift of someone. It can be achieved only through the struggle of all the people full of patriotism.

Today high are the revolutionary spirit and patriotic enthusiasm of our people to carry out the revolutionary tasks assigned by their motherland in a responsible manner at every worksite of socialist construction.

The era of our state-first principle calls true patriots.

All the people should become ardent loyalists who share the idea, intention and step with the WPK Central Committee, cherishing the firm faith that the era of our state-first principle shines and the rosy future of our prosperous country is guaranteed as they are led by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

The editorial calls upon all the people to devote their patriotic blood and sweat to the struggle for the prosperity of great our state under the leadership of the respected General Secretary and thus add luster to the era of our state-first principle, a new era of self-respect and prosperity.
