The municipality has pushed ahead with the work to provide farm machines, agricultural chemicals and various kinds of biological activators for the raw materials base stations, while consolidating the material and technical foundation.

The Chollima District Raw Materials Base Station over-fulfilled its production plan for wheat and maize by establishing irrigation system in tens of hectares of fields and putting the manuring and tending on a sci-tech basis.

The Kangso District Raw Materials Base Station applied quality organic fertilizers to fields and introduced a mulching cultivation method.

Similar successes were made by the raw materials base stations in Onchon County and Hanggu and Waudo districts.
