The factory, with modern equipment and hygienic safety of production lines, has sci-tech learning space and cultural and welfare facilities for the production and cultural life of the working people.

An inauguration ceremony of the factory took place on the spot on December 9.

Present there were Mun Chang Il, secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials and builders in the province and employees of the factory.

Kim Il Hwan, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, addressed the ceremony.
