The South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the UAWK worked out a socialist emulation programme for effecting collective innovations in the farming preparations and sent it to city and county committees of the union and has made a strict demand for implementing it.

The North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the UAWK has organized the work to generalize the experience of advanced units in a methodical way.

The South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the UAWK organized a socialist emulation among agricultural workers and has conducted the work to create examples and generalize them in a substantial way so as to achieve greater successes in improving the fertility of soil.

UAWK organizations in Pyongyang and Nampho municipalities, South Phyongan and North Hamgyong provinces and other parts of the country, too, have conducted a socialist emulation for farming preparations.
