Floral Baskets to Statues of Great Leaders from Chongryon Organizations

Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- The Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, the Standing Council of the Korean Federation of Workers in Commerce in Japan, the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Democratic Korean Women in Japan and the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Students in Japan sent floral baskets to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill here on the occasion of the greatest national auspicious Day of the Shining Star.

The floral baskets were laid at the statues of the great leaders on Feb. 15.

Present there were members of the congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan on a visit to the socialist homeland to celebrate the greatest auspicious day of the nation.
