Many People Join Tele-education System in DPRK
Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- Many working people in the DPRK have joined the tele-education system run by different universities across the country from the beginning of this year.

Those in metal, machine, automation, heat engineering, electric engineering and other sectors are getting education at the tele-education faculty of Kim Chaek University of Technology. The number of them reaches tens of thousands.

Hundreds of working people, who will work at the regional-industry factories to be built this year, are studying through the tele-education system of Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry and the number of them is increasing day by day.

Employees of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill, the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory and many other units are learning specialized knowledge suited to their units and occupations through a tele-education system.

A large number of agricultural workers are enrolled in the tele-education system of agricultural universities across the country to acquire advanced agricultural science and technology.
