Many People Visit Remodeled Korean Revolution Museum

Pyongyang, March 30 (KCNA) -- At least 2.277 million officials, working people, service personnel, youth and students in the DPRK have visited the Korean Revolution Museum for the last eight years since it was remodeled as a great hall of national treasure of Juche Korea on March 30, 2017. Through the visit to it, they came to more firmly cherish the precious revolutionary traditions and the indomitable revolutionary faith and will to carry them forward. The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who unfolded a far-reaching plan to turn the museum into the best one without an equal in the world, personally initiated a remodeling project and guided its layout and plan for exhibition several times. He visited the remodeled museum to clearly indicate the specific orientation and ways for further enriching the treasure house for education in the revolutionary traditions and intensifying education through it. Thanks to the devoted efforts of officials and lecturers at the museum, the Hall of Revolutionary Comrades-in-Arms and others were newly established and more than 12,190 revolutionary relics and data newly exhibited. As a result, the character of the museum as a great hall of national treasure of Juche Korea has been elevated, and the museum has creditably fulfilled its mission and role as a base for education like a textbook positively contributing to the accomplishment of the cause of modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism. More than 84,000 officials, working people, service personnel, youth and students from over 1,180 units have visited the museum this year when an all-people struggle is dynamically going on to greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea as a glorious one of victors. |
