Young Volunteers Grow in Number in DPRK
Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- Youths in South Hwanghae Province and Rason Municipality of the DPRK have joined the ranks of young vanguard advancing into theatres for implementing the decisions of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Graduates of Haeju Kim Jong Thae University of Education and Haeju Jo Ok Hui Teacher Training College determined to work as teachers at schools on remote islets and in mountainous areas.

Young people in Rason Municipality volunteered to work at difficult and labor-consuming posts of socialist construction.

Those in Rajin District pledged to advance into the construction mechanization brigade, water supply and sewerage management station, etc.

Those in Sonbong District decided to work at a coal mine and a fishery station.

Meetings to congratulate the volunteers took place in the relevant areas.

Speeches of the volunteers vowing to devote themselves to the education of the rising generation and bring about collective innovations touched the heartstrings of the participants.

Officials and young people in South Hwanghae Province and Rason Municipality gave bouquets to the volunteers and encouraged them.
