Present there were officials of the Central Committee of the youth league and members of the delegation of the United Russia Youth Guards.

At the talks, the activities of the SPYL and the URYG were informed and the issues of further developing exchange and cooperation between the youth organizations in conformity with the DPRK-Russia relations which greeted a new turning phase were discussed.

At the end of the talks, an agreement on friendship and cooperation between the SPYL and URYG was signed.

The Central Committee of the SPYL hosted a reception at Pyongyang Taedonggang Seafood Restaurant in welcome of the delegation that evening.
