Int'l Table Tennis Championships Held in DPRK

| Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- The East Asian Qualification Event for the 29th Asian Youth Table Tennis Championships 2025 took place at the Table-Tennis Gymnasium in Chongchun Street here on April 19 and 20. In the games, attended by players of the DPRK and Hong Kong and Taipei of China, the men's and women's team matches took place by the league matches. In the men's team matches, the DPRK team beat the Taipei team of China 3:0 and the Hong Kong team of China 3:1 and took the first place. The DPRK men and women players were qualified for the 29th Asian Youth Table Tennis Championships 2025 to be held in Uzbekistan from June 26 to July 2 this year. |
