An inauguration ceremony of the remodeled project of the factory was held on Tuesday.

Present there were Pak Thae Song, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and premier of the DPRK Cabinet.

Also on hand were Sin Chang Gil, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned, builders and employees of the factory.

Vice-Premier of the Cabinet Yang Sung Ho made an inaugural address to be followed by speeches.

That day, an art performance was given to celebrate the inauguration and fireworks were displayed.
