Provincial promotion committees and relevant cities and counties conducted the selection of persons to be participated in the passing-on technique in a responsible manner according to the processes and occupations.

Teachers and researchers who were selected as lecturers at Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry, the Academy of Light Industry under the Ministry of Light Industry, the Food and Consumer Goods Research Institute under the Ministry of Regional Industry and the State Academy of Sciences have prepared teaching programs and multimedia programs according to occupations.

During the first-stage passing-on technique, hundreds of trainees will receive lectures and practical training at modern light industrial factories.

The trainees who acquired knowledge and skills through the first-stage passing-on technique will further improve their skills while receiving second-stage passing-on technique at the newly-built regional-industry factories last year.
