| Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK led by Minister Sung Jong Gyu left here on September 5 to attend the eleventh international forum of culture to be held in Sankt-Peterburg. The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture, and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy here. |
