| Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security of the DPRK led by Minister Pang Tu Sop returned home on September 5 after visiting Russia. The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Song Nam, vice-minister of Public Security, and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy here. |
