The unit in charge of the construction of regional-industry factories in Taegwan County is steadily raising the skill level of the soldier-builders as required by designs and construction methods, thus fulfilling its schedule without fail.

The officers and men of the unit have turned the overall work process into labor- and material-saving one. They are producing efficient construction tools by themselves and making active use of them to qualitatively tile exterior walls and plaster interior walls.

The soldier-builders dispatched to Yomju County, too, are organizing technical study and demonstration lectures in a substantial way and pushing ahead with such projects as installation of window frames and floor grinding.

The regiment ensures that truck drivers transport huge quantities of materials in a responsible way while raising the actual working ratio by establishing a self-checking and self-repairing system.
