The Games brought together more than 4,000 men and women players from over 40 countries and regions including the DPRK, China, Mongolia and Thailand.

Kang Ryon Hui took the first place in the women's 2,000m hurdle race on October 24 (local time) with the record of 6 minutes and 37.88 seconds, setting a new record of the Games.
