S. Korean Organizations Denounce Criminal Confab

Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, the Association for Supporting Prisoners of Conscience of the Family Movement for Realizing Democracy, the Family Movement for Realizing Democracy and the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification held a press conference in Seoul on Jan. 28 at which they denounced the south Korean and U.S. bellicose forces for holding a criminal confab aimed at tightening the "alliance" for aggression.

The speakers at the conference referred to the fact that the bellicose forces held the 24th meeting on the south Korea-U.S. "security policy initiative" at which they hatched war plots as evidenced by the adoption of "defence guidelines" that comprehensively deal with military counter-actions and cooperation system in the event of "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula.

This is intended to meet the U.S. interests and carry out its military strategy and step up the preparations for a preemptive attack on the north, they held.

They urged the authorities to stop at once the moves to tighten the "alliance" as they are designed to escalate the military tension and confrontation.
