They accused Japan of tampering with its history of aggression and working hard to grab Tok Islets, far from making an apology for fabricating the brigandish "Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty" 100 years ago, establishing colonial domination and perpetrating plunder and mass killings.

Noting that they can not repress indignation at the plan of Shimane Prefecture, Japan to hold what it called "commemoration event" on the occasion of the "Day of Takeshima" which falls on Feb. 22 every year, they declared they would stage a protest to hold it in check.

They urged the prefecture to abolish the day at once.
