Hideous terrorism was committed in Belarus against citizens of a member state of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the statement said, adding that such unethical criminal act can never be justified.

The above-said terrorist incident which claimed casualties once again proved that it is necessary to intensify collective counter-action against terrorism, a manifestation of most hideous extremism, the statement noted.
