Russian and Nepali Papers Praise Exploits of Kim Jong Il
Pyongyang, January 11 (KCNA) -- Russian and Nepali papers carried special write-ups on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

No. 1 and 2 of the Russian newspaper Patriot devoted their several pages to articles titled "Permanent and Great Heritage" and "The Cause of People Is Immortal," etc.

The paper said that in the demise of distinguished leader Kim Jong Il progressive humankind lost the centre of struggle against the evil of the world, adding that even the enemies who dislike the DPRK admired his outstanding political caliber.

It continued:

There is a limit to a human life but great ideas and exploits are immortal. Progressive mankind will always remember Kim Jong Il for his special contribution to the cause of socialism and the popular masses' cause of independence. His exploits will remain an ever-lasting heritage.

The Nepali paper Majodur on Jan. 3 carried an article titled "Last Farewell to Leader Kim Jong Il".

The paper noted that personages and people of various circles in many countries of the world who admire socialism in the DPRK and know well about it sent messages of condolences to the dear respected Kim Jong Un, visited DPRK missions in each country to express condolences and highly praised the exploits of Kim Jong Il.

Meanwhile, the Jordanian newspaper Al Diyar in its issue on Dec. 31 last year carried an article "Kim Jong Il Served the People" written by Marwan Sudah, chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with Korean People and Supporting the Reunification of Korea.

The paper in the article recalled Kim Jong Il visited every nook and corner of the country including Huichon without rest and wisely led the work for developing the economy of the country to meet the need of the age of knowledge-based economy, adding that he was a great man, indeed.
