Aung Thein Lynn, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, Union of Myanmar, in his statement on Jan. 2 fully supported the joint New Year editorial which called for turning out in the grand onward march for prosperity of the next 100 years of Juche under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

The statement continued:

HE Kim Jong Il was an outstanding and brilliant leader recognized and praised by the world.

The DPRK's cause of building a thriving nation is sure to triumph as long as there are the invincible party, army and state developed by him, the wise leadership of HE Kim Jong Un, successor to the revolutionary cause of Juche, and the excellent people who remain loyal to their leaders generation after generation.

I believe that the Korean people will build an economic power and radically improve the people's standard of living by carrying out tasks set forth in the editorial.

I am firmly convinced that the party and people of the DPRK will build a thriving socialist nation and surely accomplish the cause of national reunification as desired by President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il in lifetime, true to the leadership of HE Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the DPRK.

Basir, director of the P.T. Dwi Mitra Perkasa of Indonesia, in his statement on Jan. 5 expressed belief that the Korean people would achieve fresh victory in the drive for building a thriving nation by single-mindedly uniting around Kim Jong Un.

The secretary general, vice-president and members of the International Taekwon-Do Association in Iran visited the DPRK embassy in Tehran on the New Year's Day.

The secretary general hoped that the Korean people would make successful achievements in building a thriving nation under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un, supreme leader, in the new year.
