Present there were Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Kim Song Nam, vice department director of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Liu Hongcai and his embassy officials.

After a decree of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly was read out, DPRK Order of Friendship 2nd Class was awarded to the councilor who made a contribution to boosting the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and China, true to the noble intentions of the top leaders.
