Attending the seminars were personages of the Communist Party, Worker's Party-Communist, Communists Union, Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Bulgaria, Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association, Guinean Group for the Study of February 16 Art and the Group for the Study of the Progressive Ideas of South Africa and the masses.

The chairman of the Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association and other speakers noted that Kim Jong Il developed the Workers' Party of Korea into an invincible, veteran and experienced ever-victorious party that has achieved unity based on the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung.

Kim Jong Il developed the DPRK founded by Kim Il Sung into a political and ideological power in which the society has formed a harmonious whole for the first time in the world political history and a military power which no formidable enemy dare infringe upon, they said.

Kim Jong Il devoted his heart and soul into strengthening the world forces against imperialism and building an independent new world through his energetic external activities, they added.

The Korean people celebrated his birthday as the greatest national holiday every year, a clear reminder of the high admiration he enjoyed from the people, the chief of the Guinean Group for the Study of February 16 Art pointed out.

The chairman of the South African Group said the Korean people are sure to emerge victorious in building a thriving nation under the wise leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

A message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar in Bulgaria.
