Wilfredo Lopez, head of the Cuban delegation to the Conference and director of regulations and rules at the Cuban Ministry of Informatics and Communications, denounced at the forum the increase in interferences caused by U.S. radio aggression.

Over 20 broadcasting transmitters from different audio services have broadcast over 2 000 hours weekly of anti-Cuban programs from U.S. territory, including the execution of terrorist actions, Lopez said.

The Cuban representative said in his speech that his country will continue defending all its attributes of sovereignty, including the administration of its own radio-electric frequencies.
