Lacquer Vase, Gift from Japanese Juche Idea Followers

Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) -- A lacquer vase displayed at the International Friendship Exhibition House in the DPRK is a gift presented to President Kim Il Sung by the chief of the Society for the Study of the Juche Idea in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan.

The flower vase was made of the hardest part of a sun tree.

The vase reflects his wishes for the President to lead the cause of global independence to victory.

The chief became an ardent follower and disseminator of the Juche idea after learning the truthfulness, scientific accuracy and great vitality of the idea through his study of the President's famous works.

The vase was prepared by the unanimous will and wisdom of all the members of the society when they were participating in the seminar on the Juche idea organized just before the 80th birthday of the President. -0-
