"For a Free and Peaceful New World" published on April 29, 1991 stresses the need to destroy the old international order and establish a new fair one and dynamically wage an international joint struggle against aggression and war. It calls for realizing arms reduction and dismantling weapons of mass destruction including nukes and clarifies the idea that victory is guaranteed by solidarity and cooperation among world people.

"3. Let Us Reunify the Country Independently and Peacefully" from "Report to the Sixth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea on the Work of the Central Committee" published on October 10, 1980 reviews the struggle of the WPK for national reunification during the period under review and sets forth tasks for achieving independent and peaceful reunification of the country.

It puts forth a new reunification proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo on the three principles for national reunification and lays down the 10-point policy to be carried out by the DFRK.

A ceremony of releasing the works was held on April 9.

Meanwhile, the organ of the Socialist Journalist Forum of Nepal on April 10 carried the gist of Kim Il Sung's work "Let Us Uphold Independence".

The work, published on September 7, 1981 says that upholding independence in the activities of the party and state is required by the present times and the Juche idea is the man-centered philosophy.
