The Cambodian newspaper Pracheachon carried a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung and an article titled "In celebration of the 100th birth anniversary of great HE President Kim Il Sung."

It said that colorful celebrations were held with splendor not only in the DPRK but also in many countries of the world on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, a prominent great man in the 20th century.

The President always mixed with people and shared thoughts and feelings with them, considering believing in people as in Heaven as his maxim and solved all problems in reliance upon them, it said, and went on:

The President led the Korean revolution to victory without a single mistake and any deviation in pursuing the line.

The bottom line of this was his noble career in which he always shared weal and woe with the people, always finding himself among them.

The Apsara TV and Radio Broadcasting introduced the exceptional modest and popular personality of the President.

It said: As the President believed in people as in Heaven, always mixing with them, he could found such immortal idea as the Juche idea and enjoy the most outstanding prestige as a leader.

The President will live forever in the hearts of not only the Korean people but of all the progressives.

FM 90.5 Radio said that the feats the President performed by making a great contribution to the human cause of independence will shine forever.
