28th April Spring Friendship Art Festival now under way in Pyongyang is the acrobatics presented by a Chinese circus troupe.

Head of the Chinese circus troupe Litie Jin told KCNA:

I deem it my highest pride to participate in the festival, which is held on the occasion of President Kim Il Sung's 100th birth anniversary.

The festival serves as an event which helps deepen friendly feelings between peoples of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and other countries.

It is out of deep reverence for Kim Il Sung that a number of artistes are participating in the festival.

Kim Il Sung is always alive in the hearts not only of the Korean people but the Chinese people and other world's progressives.

We came here with top-level acrobatic pieces worthy to represent China's overall circus.

I sincerely hope that the festival will be held in a larger scale in the future.

The Chinese circus troupe is well known worldwide.

It won scores of prizes in various international circus festivals.

It made performance tours of more than 120 countries and regions.
