President Kim Il Sung's Great Life Devoted to People
Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA) -- The revolutionary life of President Kim Il Sung is woven with his ardent love and devoted efforts for the country and the people.

It was November 9, Juche 57 (1968).

Early in the morning, the President left Pyongyang to visit a local chicken farm. He appreciated the farm for having over-fulfilled its annual meat and egg production plan and gave an instruction to increase the meat and egg production by building more chicken coops.

The next leg of his field guidance was a dairy cattle farm. At this farm, he organized a consultative meeting of officials concerned to indicate the tasks and ways for improving the people's livelihood.

Without a short rest, he continued his field guidance and had to take his late lunch on the running car.

Arriving in Pyongyang, he examined the winter clothes and shoes for schoolchildren and kindergarteners at the building of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and told officials to make well-fitting uniforms.

Then, he went round various parts of Pyongyang City to learn about the situation of the city's heating system and gave important instructions in regard to the citizens' living conditions.

When the night was far advanced, he came back to his office and began his writing on the transport and labor administration.

As seen above, his whole life was a continuation of such days for the country and the people.
