The President is alive as the sun of the Juche in the hearts of all the fellow countrymen and world progressives as he provided the three charters for national reunification with all his heart and soul dedicated to the great unity of the nation and the independent reunification of the country out of his noble love for compatriots and boundless generosity and made undying contributions to the cause of global independence through his energetic foreign activities, the letter said.

Thanks to the great General Kim Jong Il possessed of the same idea, leadership and virtue as the President, the glorious revolutionary history of the President could invariably make steady progress, the letter noted.

As the Korean nation is led by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, another peerlessly great man, the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered and led to victory by the great leaders has remained ever-victorious through centuries and the sacred history of the sun has continued in the homeland year after year, the letter said.

The Koreans in China will keep pace with the dynamic struggle of the people in the homeland who are breaking through head-on all trials in the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance along the orientation of a historic advance indicated by the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, make distinguished contribution to the patriotic work for the prosperity of the country and take the lead in the struggle for national reunification by outright smashing the divisive moves by anti-reunification forces within and without, the letter stressed.
