Floral Baskets to Statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il from Abroad

| Pyongyang, April 15 (KCNA) -- Floral baskets were sent to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill by foreign organizations and overseas Koreans organizations on the occasion of the Day of the Sun (the birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung). They include the Beijing international cultural development center for China-DPRK friendship, the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, the German Group for the Study of Korean Culture, the Switzerland-Korea Committee, the Swedish Committee for Peace and Reunification of the Korean Peninsula, the Association of Korean Nationals in Dandong City of China and the General Association of the Traders of Korean Nationality in Dandong City of China. The floral baskets were laid before the statues on April 14. On the same day, a floral basket was sent to the statues by Svetlana Odintzova, member of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation. |
