Attending it were leading officials of the central leadership bodies and affiliates of Chongryon, including Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman and director of the Organizational Department of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Nam Sung U, vice-chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Pae Jin Gu, vice-chairman and director general of the General Affairs Department of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Jo Il Yon, vice-chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Song Kun Hak, vice-chairman and director of the Education Department of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, So Chung On, vice-chairman and director of the Department for International Affairs and Reunification of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, and Kang Chu Ryon, vice-chairwoman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and concurrently chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Democratic Women'

s Union in Japan, the chairperson of the Financial Committee of Chongryon, the chairperson of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, and the chairpersons of Tokyo metropolitan, Kanagawa, Nishi Tokyo, Chiba and Saitama prefectural headquarters of Chongryon in the Kanto area. And present were department directors of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the director of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, councilors and vice department directors of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon and members of its Central Audit Committee.

The national anthem of the DPRK was played.

Pak Ku Ho made a report at the meeting.

The reporter said that all organizations of Chongryon have turned out in the implementation of Kim Jong Un's important letter, true to his brilliant blueprint for rejuvenation of Chongryon.

He stressed that the efforts of all the organizations and affiliates of Chongryon are important in carrying through the tasks set forth in the letter and that the success of this struggle decisively depends on how they play their roles.

He called on officials of the central leadership bodies and affiliates to certainly achieve proud successes in the movement of creating exemplars for implementing the important letter through hard work and devoted service, bearing deep in mind the intention of Kim Jong Un.

Then, there were speeches.

The speakers vowed to victoriously usher in a new era of overall development of the movement of Koreans in Japan and rejuvenation of Chongryon in all fronts and fields of the patriotic movement by more fully displaying the might of Chongryon.
