Present at the meeting were senior Party and government officials who graduated from the revolutionary schools, including Choe Ryong Hae and Ri Pyong Chol, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials, teaching staff, students and graduates of the schools.

A letter of pledge was read out at the meeting.

All the participants made a solemn pledge of loyalty, bearing deep in mind their duty as sons and daughters of Mangyongdae to steadily succeed to the main lineage of the revolution under the great love and trust of Kim Jong Un who congratulated the significant founding anniversary of the revolutionary schools and has shown warm care for the children of revolutionary martyrs to lead a worthy life.

In the letter of pledge, the participants expressed their rock-firm will to become the red kernel of hard-core elements who remain faithful to the leadership of the Party in the van by thoroughly implementing the idea of Kim Jong Un's historic commemorative speech and to do their best to fulfill their mission as the prominent successor and reserve of the Juche revolution.

They expressed the determination to fully prepare themselves as the strongest in idea and faith trusting in and following only Kim Jong Un to the end, mindful that the main driving force propelling the Korean revolution is the soul of Mangyongdae, the revolutionary spirit of Paektu.

The participants firmly pledged to sincerely uphold the noble intention of the great Party Central Committee by making great efforts to repay the love of the Party at each post and worksite, well aware of their duties as cores defending the revolutionary and class position before their rights as children of revolutionaries prioritized and put forward by the Party.
