They have organized and conducted the study and discussion in a methodological way so that the course of studying the documents of the 6th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) serves as a course of deeply grasping the Party's struggle policies and ways for opening up a new upsurge phase of overall national prosperity and arousing the masses to their implementation and a course of mapping out work-plans and allotting tasks.
