The ministry saw to it that all provinces, cities and counties take practical measures to build streets, parks, pleasure grounds and units as models of greening.

Its strengthened guidance is given to the proper survey of regional population and condition of plants, the right selection of greening object and the correct drawing and execution of stepwise and annual plans according to the construction capability.

The work is stepped up to make the provinces, cities and counties widely plant zelkova and other fast-growing and good-looking trees as roadside trees and conduct floriculture in a sc-tech way by arranging a botanical garden in each park and pleasure ground.

The ministry also gives correct guidance to working out a realistic plan for creating landscaping in a peculiar way around the rural dwelling houses to be built this year.

Practical measures are taken to provide the conditions for steady progress in the project for creating peculiar landscaping.

Efforts are also directed to making all the afforestation units across the country put the operation of sci-tech learning spaces on a normal basis to improve the insight and practical abilities of officials and working people and contribute to creating landscaping in their regions.
