The South Hwanghae Provincial Women's Union Committee sent a lot of aid materials badly needed for the immediate farming to hundreds of farms in the province.

The North Hamgyong Provincial Women's Union Committee sent hundreds of tons of organic fertilizer to farms and encouraged the agricultural workers in their efforts to do farming by launching brisk motivation activities for increased production with thousands of information and motivation apparatuses.

The Kangnam County Women's Union Committee of Pyongyang City helped farmers sow wheat and barley seeds in large areas and gave positive support to farms in the county.

The Anbyon County Women's Union Committee of Kangwon Province conducted information and motivation activities on the site for restoring inundated farmland at the Chonsam Farm and aroused its members to the drive for digging out huge amount of earth and rehabilitating farmland.

The Yomju County Women's Union Committee of North Phyongan Province organized a countywide small farm implements exhibition and sent over 34,000 small farm implements of 30-odd kinds to over 20 farms.

Many women's union organizations in South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces, Nampho and Kaesong cities, etc. have also launched a brisk campaign for supporting farms.
