Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man, First Vice-Chairman and Director of the Organizational Department Pak Ku Ho, Vice-Chairman Nam Sung U, Vice-Chairman and Director of the General Affairs Department Pae Jin Gu, Vice-Chairman Jo Il Yon, Vice-Chairman and Director of the Education Department Song Kun Hak and Vice-Chairman and Director of the Department for International Affairs and Reunification So Chung On of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Ri Myong Yu, chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, department directors of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the director of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan and officials of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee.

All the participants paid tribute to the President, the eternal sun of Juche, praying for his immortality.

Kang Chu Ryon, vice-chairwoman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and concurrently chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Democratic Korean Women in Japan, Ri Kwang Il, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, Ri Song Chol, chairman of the Central Standing Council of the Korean Educational Association in Japan, and other officials of the Korean Youth League in Japan, the women's union, the Union of Korean Teachers and School Clerks in Japan, the Korean Educational Association in Japan, the Korean Health Workers Association in Japan, the Union of Korean Students in Japan and the Korean Youth Publication laid bouquets before the portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung and paid tribute to him.

On the same day officials, teaching staff and students of the prefectural headquarters, branches, organizations, Korean University and schools at all levels of Chongryon including the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon paid tribute to the portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung.
