This is clearly proved by the 75-year long history of the DPRK. Our people consolidated the foundations of democracy by kindling the flames of the general ideological mobilization movement for nation building and the emulation drive for increased production after the country's liberation. They also won the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War through the My Height movement, the movement for donating funds for weaponry, the plow-woman movement and other mass patriotic movements and built the socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence on this land through the Chollima movement in the postwar period.

By dint of such all-people patriotic movement, the Korean people could consolidate the foundations for a powerful country by concluding the arduous march successfully.

Only when the flames of the socialist patriotic movement, the revolutionary mass movement, are further raised, is it possible to stir up all the people's patriotism and realize at an early date our Party's great ideal and ambition for putting the overall development of socialist construction on a new higher stage.
