The Pyongyang Wheat Flour Processing Factory has pushed ahead with the work to improve the production process of wheat flour on the basis of the successes made in laying a foundation for further enhancing the wheat flour production capacity.

Condiments production units across the country completed the work to supplement and perfect the necessary processes in conformity with the technical instructions and standards given by the ministry in a short span of time so as to make full preparations for producing tasty wheat sauce and paste on a full scale.

The ministry is intensifying the discussion on the issues arising in producing world-famous processed wheat foods while improving the quality and increasing the variety of processed wheat foods available to the people as staple foods.
