True to the noble idea of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea which entrusted the construction of a new street in Pyongyang to the youth, the Ministry of Culture launched the agitation campaign to give full play to the mental power of builders.

Lecturers of the ministry have conducted information and motivation activities strong in ideological content and appeal to stir up the atmosphere at the construction site.

They also gave aid materials to the builders and encouraged them to speed up the construction project.
