A keynote report and speeches were made at the seminar.

Lohekele Kalonda Andre, chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo, in a report said that the young DPRK won a brilliant victory in the war with the U.S. which boasted of being the "strongest" in the world 70 years ago.

Such miracle was performed as all the people turned out in the struggle for defending the country and displayed matchless bravery and self-sacrificing spirit under the wise guidance of President Kim Il Sung, gifted military strategist and peerless political activist and patriot who led the arduous great anti-Japanese war to victory, the reporter stressed.

He noted that a turning phase was opened in the building of a powerful socialist country, thanks to the devoted efforts made by the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il who made ceaseless journey of Songun with his warm love for the country and people.

He stressed that Marshal Kim Jong Un, who carries forward the cause of the preceding leaders, is adding glory to the DPRK as a world-class military power, squarely standing against the imperialists' vicious moves to isolate and stifle it.

Speeches were made on the great significance of July 27, the day of the Korean people's great war victory, and on the issues arising in embodying the Juche idea.
