Displayed there are photos showing the great state-building exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and the personality of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un as a great man who is demonstrating the national power and dignity of the DPRK to the world with the new era of self-respect and prosperity.

There are also photos showing the eye-opening reality of the country which has dashed forward along the road of victory, racing against time under the leadership of the great Party, and the revolutionary stamina of the Korean people who are confidently opening up a new horizon of the overall state prosperity.

Present at the ceremony were Ri Il Hwan, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Ri Yong Sik, chief secretary of the Cabinet committee of the WPK, Choe Hui Thae, chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee, officials concerned, officials of ministries and national institutions and working citizens in Pyongyang.

Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture, made an opening address.
