When he arrived, they raised stormy cheers of "Hurrah!" in reverence for him, the outstanding teacher and great architect of creation and construction.

They paid their highest tribute and heartfelt thanks to him for giving them the highest honor they desired so much, reverently looking up to the prominent leader who demonstrated to the whole world the prestige and dignity of the WPK by initiating the construction of the highest institution for training cadres of the WPK, energetically leading the whole course of historic construction and giving detailed instructions to make sure that its inauguration ceremony was held with splendor.

He waved back to the enthusiastically cheering participants as a token of his warm greetings to them.

He warmly congratulated the service personnel, the group of well-known designers and artistes and highly praised them for having demonstrated to the whole world the prestige of the world's most prestigious political and ideological school with perfect appearance as the "pedigree farm" for training core members of the WPK and of the most prestigious revolutionary university of the socialist government party reflecting the prestige and revolutionary will of the WPK at the highest level, and thus performed the feats of permanent significance in the history of the development of the WPK.

He highly appreciated ardent patriotism, loyalty and devotion of the officers and men of Unit 267 of the Korean People's Army who fully demonstrated once again their matchlessly great ability and spirit of devotedly implementing the Party's policy in the school construction, WPK's top priority. Saying that the guard heroic unit is, indeed, extraordinary in its capacity, as evidenced by many world-startling monumental edifices it has built over more than recent decade, single-mindedly and faithfully upholding the grand construction plan of the Party, he noted that it is the pride of the Party and the country to have such a capable unit without parallel.

Looking back with deep emotion on the efforts of the designers who built an icon of the Juche-oriented architecture and education in a little more than a year, displaying the enterprising and innovative spirit of creation and strenuous efforts, he highly praised them for their brilliant feats in building precious edifices in every part of the country which are symbolic of the ever-changing era.

Only when the designing forces is prepared to be powerful before the preparation of construction forces, can the rosy future be shaped true to our ideal, he said, adding that officials in the designing sector should become fine artists and gardeners who paint and cultivate an eye-opening future paradise and thus work out a far-reaching plan for the beautiful future of the country.

Saying that the unit and the designing group with high reputation are the guards unit and group under his personal command, he urged them to build every structure to be a living monument fully representing the Juche- and people-oriented characters and national traits peculiar to our state, aspiration and sentiments of the people and the dignity and spirit of a great powerful nation and thus uphold in the vanguard the cause of building a prosperous and highly-civilized socialist state.

Expressing deep thanks to the creators and artistes of high repute for their rich artistry and devotion displayed at the recent national events, he gave thanks to all the performers for supporting with their enthusiastic songs and music the sacred struggle of the WPK for a new victory of the revolution in the performance given yesterday in particular in commemoration of the inauguration ceremony of the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK.

Expressing firm belief and expectation that the soldier-builders and designers would continue to build up the reputation of meritorious unit and experienced designing group which have upheld the Party's construction policy with heroic creation practices and achieve signal successes in the vanguard of the construction revolution for ushering in a heyday of socialist civilization, and wishing for more inspiring successes in the art field in the future, he had a photo taken with them.

When the photo session ended, all the participants raised enthusiastic cheers again.

All the participants who were honored to receive the highest glory and trust from Kim Jong Un as pabulum for life and struggle, made a firm determination to always remain loyal to the Party Central Committee by continuing to fulfill in the vanguard of the times the honorable missions and duty they assumed before the Party and the revolution.
