The Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) and its organizations at all levels drew up an outline for emulation to finish rice-transplanting in the right time and are conducting the organizational and political work to make collective innovations in all fields.

The North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the UAWK has conducted frontline-style political work to encourage the agricultural workers, and the primary UAWK organizations are making more achievements by properly reviewing and evaluating the implementation of the plans for each day and each field.

Officials of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the UAWK set Kwaksan County as a model and ensured normal operation of rice-transplanting machines by providing many spare parts for farms in the county.

The Mundok County UAWK Committee of South Phyongan Province organized shock brigade activities and emulation among work-teams and sub-workteams to push ahead with rice-transplanting as scheduled.

The UAWK organizations in Kangso District of Nampho Municipality set it as one of the emulation outline to display the noble traits of helping and leading each other forward and made sure that collective and joint innovations were made at all farms.
