Work for Strengthening Technical Forces Promoted in DPRK

Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- Technical and skill passing-on is going on in a planned and substantial way to prepare those directly responsible for the regional economic development across the DPRK. The non-permanent provincial committees for promoting Regional Development 20×10 Policy are directing efforts to training the producers of relevant units as talents capable of achieving the long-term development of their factories as the regional-industry factories are being built in a modern way. South Phyongan Province has urged technicians of regional- industry factories in Songchon and Sukchon counties to learn advanced technology and experience in production and organized technical passing-on for employees step by step to acquire advanced science and technology and high skills according to their occupations. North Phyongan Province has ensured that the selected members of regional-industry factories in cities and counties possess higher technical skills in a short span of time at the Amnokgang General Foodstuff Factory and other units equipped with modern production processes. In South Hwanghae Province, competent technicians and skilled workers of light industrial factories are teaching the technical specifications and standard operating methods of production processes to the employees of regional-industry factories in Unchon and Jaeryong counties, thus enhancing their function. Officials of Jagang, Kangwon and Ryanggang provinces, too, fulfilled their responsibility in working out plans and providing conditions for training skilled workers. South Hamgyong Province, North Hamgyong Province and other provinces are applying the tele-education system for transferring advanced technology, while giving precedence topractical education. |
