The framework construction of wheat-processing factories with a capacity of tens of thousands of tons in Kangryong County of South Hwanghae Province and Singye County of North Hwanghae Province has been done at 50 percent. The updating of wheat-processing factories in Hamhung of South Hamgyong Province, Songnim of North Hwanghae Province and Wonsan of Kangwon Province is also being accelerated at a rapid speed.

Officials of the Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration and the combined guidance team for the construction of wheat processing bases, in cooperation with relevant regions and units, are conducting dynamic operation and command to finish on schedule the building and updating projects planned for this year.
