The North Hwanghae Provincial Brigade realigned more than 1,170 hectares of land. It transformed more than 8,000 farm fields into 5 700, levees of 600-odd kilometers into 400-odd kilometers and waterways of 120-odd kilometers into 110-odd kilometers while creating 10-odd hectares of new arable land.

More than 2 330 hectares of land were realigned or restored in South Hwanghae Province.

Such progress was made in other regions of the country.
